The AD9642 single-channel converter in a 5 mm x 5 mm package employs IF sampling frequencies up to 350 MHz. It supports bandwidths up to 125MHz and features a SNR of 72.2 dBFS, SFDR of 90 dBc at base band, and an operating power consumption of 360 mW at 250 Msamples/s. Both devices rely on multi-stage, differential pipelined architectures with integrated output-error-correction logic.
