Self proclaimed as having the highest spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) in its class, the AD9444 specifies a typical SNR of 73.1 dB and a SFDR of 97 dBc with a 70-MHz input. Optimized for wireless base station applications, the device is also suitable for use in test equipment and high-end data acquisition systems. Other features include a typical differential nonlinearity of ±0.4 LSB, integral nonlinearity of ±0.6 LSB, power dissipation of 1.2W, and parallel low-voltage differential signaling outputs including an output clock. Available in a lead-free, 100-lead TQFP with an exposed paddle, price is $38.25 each/1,000. ANALOG DEVICES INC., Wilmington, MA. (800) 262-5643.
