With an operating range from 5V to 16V, the AD8663 and AD8638 operational amplifiers suit an assortment of industrial, medical, and consumer applications. Both employ the company's proprietary iCMOS high-voltage industrial process technology. The AD8663 rail-to-rail op amp addresses the performance, power, and cost requirements of portable and battery-operated applications such as patient monitors, defibrillators, remote industrial controls, and optical sensors. The device specifies a CMRR of 90 db, PSRR of 105 dB, a maximum voltage offset drift of 450 µV at 125°C, low-frequency voltage noise at 21 nV/rt-Hz, and an operating current consumption of 180 µA. The AD8638 zero-drift op amp exhibits a 140-dB CMRR, 140-dB PSRR, 10-µV offset voltage over temperature, and a maximum offset drift of 80 nV/°C. Prices for the AD8663 and AD8638 range from$0.60 to $1.20 each/1,000. ANALOG DEVICES INC., Norwood, MA. (800) 262-5643.
