The LTC2369-18 serial 18-bit, 1.6 Msps pseudo-differential SAR ADC achieves a 96.5-dB SNR and -120-dB THD while supporting a 0V to 5V unipolar input range.

The LTC2369-18 serial 18-bit, 1.6 Msps pseudo-differential SAR ADC achieves a 96.5-dB SNR and -120-dB THD while supporting a 0V to 5V unipolar input range. Operating from a 2.5V supply, it consumes 18 mW with a low power shutdown mode of 2.25 µW. Other features include ±2.5 LSB INL, guaranteed 18-Bit no missing codes, guaranteed operation to 125°C, internal conversion clock, and 16-Lead MSOP and 4 mm x 3 mm DFN Packages.
