24-bit ADC Hits A 23.9 ENOB At Less Than 300 Microamps

The MAX11210 single-channel, 24-bit ADC delivers a 23.9-bit effective resolution (ENOB) at less than 300 µA, eliminating power-hungry gain stages while achieving the highest precision possible from the sensor. Features include four general-purpose input/output lines, integrated buffer amplifiers on the analog and reference inputs, a software-programmable oversampling ratio for output rates up to 120 sps with zero latency and up to 480 sps in continuous-conversion mode, user-programmable offset and gain registers, programmable gain from 1 to 16, and 100 dB (min) 50 Hz or 60 Hz rejection. Pricing starts at $2.85 each/1,000. MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS, Sunnyvale, CA. (800) 998-8800.
