40V Op Amps Exploit Precision Bipolar Process

/Content/15000/02_Intersil-2.jpgTailored for 12- to 24-bit data-acquisition, instrumentation, and industrial applications, the ISL28117 and ISL28217 bipolar, low-power precision operational amplifiers employ the company’s precision bipolar process and are capable of reducing signal-conditioning errors. Both devices specify an input offset of ±50 µV, input bias of ±1 nA, current consumption of 440 µA, voltage noise of 250 nVp-p, and a supply range from 2.25V to 20V. Additionally, both devices operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Prices for the ISL28117 are $0.95 (B-grade) and $0.78 (C-grade) each/1,000 and the ISL28217 costs $1.48 (C-grade) and $1.89 (B-grade) each/1,000. INTERSIL CORP., Milpitas, CA. (888) 352-6832.
