Three dual, eight-bit A/D converters, the MAX1195, MAX1197, and MAX1198, can sample at rates of 40, 60, and 100 Msamples/s, respectively, while consuming little power. The MAX1195 has a SNR of 48.6 dB and an SFDR of 71 dBc at an input frequency of 20 MHz; it dissipates just 96 mW. MAX1197 has an SNR of 48.6 dB and an SFDR of 70 dBc at an input frequency of 30 MHz and consumes 134 mW. And the MAX1198 has an SNR of 48.3 dB and an SFDR of 66 dBc at an input frequency of 50 MHz while consuming a nominal 271 mW.
