Heading the ADC14DSxxx 14-bit a/d converter family, the ADC14DS105 debuts as the first 14-bit, dual 1-GHz bandwidth a/d converter with serial LVDS outputs. With a rate of 105 Msamples/s, the device provides a typical SNR of 72 dB and a SFDR of 83 dB at a 240-MHz input. Other family members include the ADC14DS095, ADC14DS080, and ADC14DS065 with sampling rates of 95, 80, and 65 Msamples/s, respectively. Price for the ADC14DS105 is $82.35 each/1,000.
