Expanding the company’s offering of 40V to 100V automotive qualified MOSFETs are devices suitable for heavy-load applications used in traditional internal combustion engine platforms and micro and hybrid vehicle platforms. They deliver on-state resistance across a range of voltages from as low as 8 m? at 55V. Additionally, the logic level MOSFET devices promise to simplify gate-drive requirements while saving board space and component count. Qualified according to AEC-Q101 standards, prices for the AUIRFR120Z and AUIRL1404ZS start at $0.20 and $0.89 each/100,000, respectively.
