Measuring just 2 x 2 mm to 3.5 x 4 mm in BGA packages, the FDZ20xP p-channel MOSFETs are suitable for load switching in portable designs. Four devices in the series, the FDZ202P, 204P, 206P and 208P, do not require external charge pump circuitry and are 2.5V and 4.5V gate-drive specified. Resistances range from 45 milliohms down to 9.5 milliohms at 4.5V, minimum BVDSS is either -20 or -30, depending on device, power dissipation ranges from 1.8W to 2.2W, solder connections range from 9 to 30, and prices range from $1.02 to $2.92 each/1,000.
