Designed for use in battery-powered products, the S-8940xA series CMOS op amps feature a compact footprint and low power consumption. The S-89400A and S-89401A devices provide a 2 MHz gain-bandwidth product, a slew rate of 5 V/µs, 750 µA quiescent current, operating voltage of 1.2V to 5.5V, and a nominal current consumption of 0.1 µA in shutdown mode. Input offset voltage is as low as 10 mV maximum for the S-89400A and down to 5 mV maximum for the S-89401A. The S-89402A and S-89403A have a 10 MHz gain-bandwidth product, a 5 V/µs slew rate, and a quiescent current of 1.9 µA typical at 3V. Input offset voltage is down to 5 mV and current consumption in shutdown mode is typically 0.1 µA. Depending on the device, prices range from $0.35 to $0.39 each/10K.
