Specifying on-resistances from 0.052 to 0.066 Ohms, the company’s latest family of p-channel power MOSFETs come in PowerPAK SC-75 packages with voltage ratings from 8V to 30V. The devices include the -12V SiB419DK and -30V SiB415DK single p-channel power MOSFETs and an ESD-protected version of the -8V SiB417DK. Also on tap are two -20V devices, the single SiB411DK and dual SiB911DK. Each device in the offering measures 1.6 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.75 mm, the same area dimensions as a standard SC-75. Samples and production quantities of the PowerPAK SC-75 power MOSFETs are available now with lead times of 10 to 12 weeks for larger orders. Pricing ranges from $0.10 to $0.15 each/100,000.
