Initially introduced as the industry's fastest, the EL5367 triple current-feedback amplifier delivers a gain-of-1 bandwidth of 1 GHz while operating from a 5V to 12V supply with a total current consumption of 25 mA (8.5 mA per amplifier). The device drives resolutions greater than QXGA at a gain-of-2 bandwidth of 800 MHz over 75O cables. Additional specifications include a typical slew rate of 6 kV/µs and a VOS of less than 5 mV. In a 16-lead QSOP, price is $2.99 each/1,000. INTERSIL CORP., Milpitas, CA. (888) 352-6832.
