An integrated 400-mV reference enables the LT6700 dual micropower comparator to monitor supply voltages in portables. With 40-mA outputs for direct driving of LEDs, optoisolators, and relays, it also can serve complex systems. The IC operates from 1.4 V to 18 V while drawing just 6.5 µA. Built-in comparator hysteresis and guaranteed ±2% threshold accuracy make for stable operation over temperature and in noisy environments. Pricing for the six-lead ThinSOT is from $1.25 each in lots of 1000.
