Taking up less space than similar SOT-23 devices, the low-noise, high-gain CMKT5078, CMKT5087 and CMKT5088 dual transistors come housed in a SOT-363 surface-mount package having a nominal profile of 0.9 mm. Aimed at portable electronics, the CMKT5088 consists of two NPN transistors, the CMKT5087 integrates two PNP transistors, and the CMKT5078 includes one NPN and one PNP transistor. All three devices are available in bulk packs or 3,000 pieces on 7" tape-and-reel. Pricing starts at $0.14 each/3,000 on a 7" reel.
