Described as highly efficient, the ST11CP15 RF power amplifier is poised for 5-GHz Wi-Fi applications. Operating on voltages from 3.3V to 5V, its 4.9 to 5.9 GHz linear operation enables 802.11a/n networking and significantly faster data rates. Other features include a linear output power of 18 dBm at 2.5% EVM using 802.11a OFDM 54 Mb/s at 3.3V and 20 dBm at 5V and an output power of 23 dBm at mask compliance of 6 Mb/s at 3.3V.
