Targeting portable communications and video applications, the LMH6723, LMH6724, and LMH6725 current feedback amplifiers rely on the company's VIP10 process technology to deliver high-speed performance with low power consumption. They are single, dual, and quad operational amplifiers, respectively, that collectively operate at speeds up to 370 MHz with a power consumption of 1 mA. Each amplifier is capable of delivering a linear output current up to 110 mA. Other shared features include a 100 MHz, 0.1dB gain flatness, low differential phase and gain, and an operating voltage range from 4.5V to 12V. Prices for the LMH6723 (SOIC-8 and SOT23-5), LMH6724 (SOIC-8 and MSOP-8), and LMH6725 (SOIC-14) are $1.25, $1.75, and $2.50 each/1,000, respectively. NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR, Santa Clara, CA.
