Boasting of the lowest distortion in the industry, the THS4271/5 op amp series offers unity gain stability with a 1.4 GHz unity-gain bandwidth, a slew rate of 900 V/µs, and a 2.8 nV/_Hz voltage noise density. With a 2 Vp-p output signal, the op amps exhibit a distortion of -84 dBc at 30 MHz. They can drive high-speed, 14-bit data converters, thereby eliminating intermediate signal stages to reduce system costs. Applications include phase lock loop (PLL) filter circuits, gain stages and signal conditioning in automatic test equipment (ATE) and instrumentation. Available in MSOPs and leadless MSOPs, price is $2.69 each/1,000. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC., Dallas, TX. (800) 477-8924, ext 4500.
