Optimized to provide low noise at both high and low frequencies, the LSK170 series JFETs are pin-for-pin replacements for Toshiba's 2SK170 and Interfet's IF1320, IF1330, IF1331, and IF4500 devices. Specifications include a voltage noise of 1 nv/Hz at 1 kHz, 2 nv/Hz at 10 Hz typical, minimum breakdown voltage of 40V, and a typical capacitance of 20 pF. The series offers three IDSS ranges: 2.6 mA to 6 mA, 6 mA to 12 mA, and 10 mA to 20 mA. Available in surface mount SOT-23 and through-hole TO-92 packages, price is $0.50 each/1,000.
