Laser Diode Drivers Handle, CW To 155 MHz

July 27, 2011
The iC-NZN and iC-NZP all-purpose laser diode drivers operate laser diodes in both CW and spike-free pulse mode up to 155 MHz.

The iC-NZN and iC-NZP all-purpose laser diode drivers operate laser diodes in both CW and spike-free pulse mode up to 155 MHz. They allow either the optical output power (APC) or laser diode current (ACC) to be controlled. In ACC mode, laser diodes without monitor diodes can be used. Blue laser diodes can also be operated with the iC-NZN. The maximum available laser diode current is 300 mA. Both devices have an adjustable current limit. Price for the iC-NZN/NZP is $4.28 each/1,000. IC-HAUS CORP., Pinckney, MI. (734) 878-5655.
