Load Switches Keep Footprint And On Resistance Low

April 28, 2011
Exhibiting a switch on-resistance of 66 at mO at 1.2V, the SiP32411, SiP32413, and SiP32414 2A load switches feature a controlled soft turn-on slew rate of 150 µs typical.

Exhibiting a switch on-resistance of 66 at mΩ at 1.2V, the SiP32411, SiP32413, and SiP32414 2A load switches feature a controlled soft turn-on slew rate of 150 μs typical. The SiP32411 is a single switch available in a 1.2 mm x 1.6 mm TDFN4 or SC70-6 package while the SiP32413 and SiP32414 are dual switches available in 2 mm x 2 mm TDFN8 packages. Each device sports a low-voltage control logic interface that eliminates the need for extra level shifting circuitry. Other shared features include a quiescent current of less than 1 μA when disabled and 6.7 μA at 1.2 V. Unit pricing in 1,000-piece quantities is $0.38 for the SiP32411 in the SC70-6 package and $0.40 for the TDFN4 package, and $0.55 for the SiP32413 and SiP32414.
