Groomed for battery-powered applications such as cellular handsets, electric toothbrushes, and shavers, the FDMA1024NZ and FDMA410NZ dual N-Channel and single N-Channel MOSFETs in 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.8 mm, MicroFET MLPs promise to extend battery life with their low on resistances. The FDMA410NZ specifies an on resistance of 23 milliOhms at 4.5V and both devices provide guaranteed RDS(ON) ratings with VGS values as low as 1.5V, making them viable for use in lithium ion or primary-cell applications. Prices for the FDMA1024NZ and FDMA410NZ are $0.42 and $0.38 each/1,000, respectively. For more details, call FAIRCHILD SEMICONDUCTOR, San Jose, CA. (800) 341-0392.
