Poised for heavy-duty automotive applications, the IRF3805S-7P and IRF1405ZS-7P power MOSFETs deliver continuous output currents up to 160A and 120A, respectively. Typical applications include electronic power steering, 14V integrated starter alternator systems, and advanced alternator active rectification. The seven-pin D2Pak-7 devices are designed as replacements for multiple D2Pak devices as well as larger through-hole devices. The IRF3805S-7P specifies an on resistance of 2.6 m&937; while the IRF1405ZS-7P specifies 4.9 mΩ. Pricing for the IRF3805S-7P begins at $2.85 each/10,000.
