Addressing industrial, medical, and test-and-measurement applications, the LMH7322 dual comparator provides what may be the industry’s lowest power consumption at 21 mA typical and boasts of a 700-ps propagation delay. The device also specifies a dispersion of 5 ps at less than 100 mV overdrive, which promises fast and accurate delay control. Separate input and output supply pins enable level-shifting applications. Other features include a supply-voltage range of 2.7V to 12V, an input common-mode range that extends 200-mV below the negative rail, adjustable hysteresis, rise and fall times of 160 ps, and RSPECL outputs and latch inputs. The LMH7322, available now in a 24-pin LLP package, is priced at $4.31 each/1,000. NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR CORP., Santa Clara, CA. (800) 272-9959.
