The ODD-5W silicon PIN photodiode responds over a wavelength range of 400 to 1,100 nm. Measuring just 5 mm² it features an active-area diameter of 2.52 mm. Packaged in a TO-5 with a flat window, it is also available in a case-isolated package.

Packaged in a TO-5 with a flat window, it is also available in a case-isolated package. Typical applications are in medical instrumentation, industrial photo control and optical instrumentation.
