Consisting of the AUIRF7640S2, AUIRF7647S2, and AUIRF7675M2 devices, the DirectFET2 family of automotive power MOSFETs target high-frequency switching applications including the output stages of Class D audio systems. With a footprint smaller than an SO-8, the AUIRF7640S2 and AUIRF7647S2 are capable of delivering 100W per channel into an 8? load with no heat sink. The AUIRF7675M2 features a footprint 54% smaller than a DPak and delivering 250W per channel into a 4? load with no heat sink. All three devices are qualified according to AEC-Q101 standards and feature a lead-free and RoHS-compliant bill of materials. Prices for the AUIRF7640S2, AUIRF7647S2, and AUIRF7675M2 are $0.37, $0.54, and $0.68 each/100,000, respectively.
