The KM4200 rail-to-rail dual amplifier features a 260-MHz bandwidth while operating on a single supply voltage of 2.7V or 5V. The device delivers an output voltage ranging from 0.036V to 4.953V into a load of 2 kiloohms when operating on a 5V supply.

The KM4200 rail-to-rail dual amplifier features a 260-MHz bandwidth while operating on a single supply voltage of 2.7V or 5V. The device delivers an output voltage ranging from 0.036V to 4.953V into a load of 2 kiloohms when operating on a 5V supply. Input voltage range is from -0.3V to 3.8V and supply current for each amplifier is 4.2 mA. Other features of the dual amp include a 145V/µs slew rate, ±85 mA output short-circuit current, and a ±55 mA linear output current. The devices are available in either MSOP or SOIC packages.
