The QRS1450001 and QRS171D001 recovery diode modules feature fast switching, H-Series free-wheel diodes and thermally conductive aluminum nitride isolation. They are isolated to accommodate mounting with other components on a common heatsink. In addition to fast recovery times, the modules also feature a low thermal impedance and isolation up to 3 kV. Target applications include switching power supplies, inverters, choppers, welding power supplies, and high frequency rectifiers.The QRS1450001 and QRS171D001 are rated at 500A/1.4 kV and 1,200A/1.7 kV, respectively, and in sample quantities cost $240 and $480 each, respectively.
