Specifying current ratings from 2A to 4A and typical forward voltages down to 0.56V, the VSSA/Bxxxx 100-V TMBS Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifiers come in low-profile, surface-mount SMA and SMB packages. The devices include the VSSA310S and VSSA210 in the DO-214AC (SMA) package and the VSSB410S and VSSB310 in the DO-214AA (SMB) package. The SMA and SMB packages feature profiles of 2.29 mm and 2.44 mm, respectively. Other features include a maximum junction temperature of +50°C and a moisture sensitivity level of 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C. Pricing begins at $0.10 each/10,000 pieces.
