In 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.76 mm QFN packages, the VSOP383 and VSOP584 signal conditioners process continuous infrared (IR) data signals from discrete photodiodes.

In 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.76 mm QFN packages, the VSOP383 and VSOP584 signal conditioners process continuous infrared (IR) data signals from discrete photodiodes. They operate from supply voltages from range 2.7V to 5.5V and consume a supply current of 0.35 mA and 0.85 mA, respectively. Other features include a band-pass filter for 36 kHz and 38 kHz carrier frequencies, intelligent AGC, and an operating temperature range from - 25ºC to +85 ºC. Unit pricing for the VSOP383 and VSOP584 starts at $1. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY, INC., Malvern, PA. (619) 336-0860.
