Displayed as the industry's densest, the IsoLoop solid-state coupler relies on nano technology to pack the company's patented spintronic giant magneto resistors (GMR) and CMOS circuitry into a 16-pin SOIC package measuring 0.15" x 0.4". The device has four transmit channels and one receive channel and exhibits a data-transfer rate up to 110 Mb/s. Its symmetric spintronic coupling barrier provides a typical propagation delay of 10 ns with a pulse-width distortion of 2 ns. Other features include a typical transient immunity of 30 kV/µs and an operating temperature range from –40°C to +85°C with no derating. Price is $5.46 each/1,000.
