The uPG2430T6Z SP3T switch handles applications spanning frequencies up to 6 GHz, i.e.,  single or dual-band 802.11a,b,g,n Wi-Fi, WLAN, Bluetooth, cordless phones, etc. Working with control voltages from1.6V to 3.6V, the device covers a bandwidth from 0.5 to 6 GHz. Other specs include insertion losses of 0.55 dB at 2.5 GHz and 0.65dB at 6.0 GHz and a package size of 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.37 mm. Price is $0.40 each/100,000.
