California Eastern Laboratories and Renesas Electronics team up to deliver two high power handling GaAs MMIC SPDT switches: UPG2415T6X and UPG2415TK. Both devices offer 4-dB to 6-dB higher power handling capability compared to standard Wi-Fi Switch ICs, making them suitable for access points and video over wireless. The UPG2415T6X and UPG2415TK and their evaluation boards are available now from California Eastern Laboratories. Pricing for the UPG2415T6X is $0.39 each/100,000.
