Michael Krau

Chair of the Industry Communications Working Group, UEFI Forum

Michael has over 30 years of embedded software, BIOS, and driver development experience. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Computer Science, and is currently Chair of the Industry Communications Working Group of the Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) Forum and a Systems Engineer with Intel SSG, where he champions UEFI and non-PC class platforms.  Michael has been the Marketing Administrator of the UEFI Open Source Community Website, Chair of the I2O LAN Working group, adjunct faculty at the University of Virginia, a contributor to the EISA Specification, and inventor/co-inventor.
