Patrick Duis, application development engineer, connectors, for DSM Engineering Plastics, has over 15 years’ experience in the plastics industry. His start at the company involved developing new applications in Stanyl and Stanyl ForTii, and he served as European Team Lead for the connector team within DSM for two years. Currently he is innovation manager for the Electronics & Electrical market. Prior to DSM he worked for TE Connectivity as injection molding tooling engineer for mobile-phone markets and as plastics engineer for material selection for the mobile-equipment division. At Polynorm Van Niftrik, he worked as project engineer for companies such as Philips, DA, and Thetford.
