Dialog Semiconductor reported sales of EUR18.6 million for the first quarter of 2005 (compared to EUR 23 million for Q1 2004). Sales from products for the automotive and industrial sectors increased by 16% compared to Q1 2004. But this was not enough to offset the lower wireless revenue for Q1 2005 that were down by EUR 5.3 million compared to Q1 2004. The company's operational costs in Q1 2005 have been reduced by 8.2% compared to Q1 2004, and by 13.8% compared with Q4 2004.
