Micrel names Schie vice president of analog engineering

Micrel (www.micrel.com) has named David Chalmers Schie vice president of analog design engineering/R&D.

Micrel has named David Chalmers Schie vice president of analog design engineering/R&D. He will be responsible for overseeing the definition, design, development and release of Micrel's analog product line, which accounts for more than two-thirds of the company's revenues. Prior to joining Micrel, Schie was an executive director for Maxim Integrated Products responsible for operating power management and supervisory product design centers throughout the world.
