Micrel Inc. (www.micrel.com) has added the MICRF010 to its QwikRadio product line.

Micrel Inc. has added the MICRF010 to its QwikRadio product line. Packaged in an SOIC-8 and targeting automotive applications, the IC has a frequency range of 300 MHz to 440 MHz, a data rate up to 2.0 kb/s (Manchester encoding) and power consumption of 2.9 mA when fully operational at 315 MHz. Its recovery from shutdown is typically 3 ms.
