Designed with a 1.27 mm x 1.27 mm grid, these new SMC connectors now include 68 and 80 position versions. They are available in vertical male and female and right-angle male configurations with high temperature LCP insulator material and a 500 mating-cycle life span. Termination options include SMT, pressfit and IDC technology, as well board-to-board and board-to-cable configurations. Other features include an integrated metal SMT mounting clip for connection to the board. The 68-position male and female connectors are also available in low-profile versions.
