Featuring copper elements on an alumina substrate with wraparound copper terminations and a protective overcoat, the LR series 2W, current-sense flat-chip resistors come in 2512 packages, making them suitable for a variety of applications with limited board space. Also available in 1206 and 2010 sizes with 0.5W and 1W ratings, respectively, resistance values range from 0.002Ω to 1Ω with tolerances to ±1%, TCRs to ±100 ppm/°C, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200V. Operating temperature range is from -55°C to +150°C. Available with standard 60/40 tin/lead plating or lead-free terminations, pricing is $0.16 each/10,000. IRC INC., Corpus Christi, TX.
