Adapter Lets Designers Switch From PSOP To TSOP Housing For Flash

product pic

The Flash Memory Shortage Adapter allows flash memory users to quickly change a printed circuit board from 16-MB flash memory in a PSOP package to the more readily available TSOP package. The adapter completely routes each signal to the new package, eliminating costly board spins. The device measures 0.2" high and comes ready to be soldered to a circuit board. When the chips are provided, the company can also provide TSOP packages that are soldered to the top of the adapter. Pricing starts at $19.50 each/ five.
