Anticipating logic-level applications, the B series process-sealed, sub-miniature antistatic PC-mount toggle switches employ the company’s established sliding twin crossbar contact mechanism, which promotes switching reliability and smooth positive detent action. Their antistatic superstructure consists of a carbon-impregnated bushing that transfers static electricity to the board via a support bracket. The toggles are available in single and double-pole models with a choice of eleven circuits in both momentary and maintained configurations. Actuators are available in various styles, lengths, and colors, and options include bats, locking levers, anti-static levers, flatted levers, colored sleeves, and snap-on paddles. An optional threaded, 6-mm diameter bushing meeting IP65 of IEC60529 is also available. Specs include a maximum current rating of 0.4 VA at 28 Vac/dc maximum, mechanical life of 100,000 operations minimum for maintained and 50,000 minimum for momentary circuits, and a minimum electrical life of 50,000 operations. Contact timing is non-shorting, and the angle of throw is 26°. NKK SWITCHES, Scottsdale, AZ. (480) 991-0942.
