Board Has Pentium II Without CPU Module

Oct. 1, 1999

Integrating the Intel Pentium II processor operating at 333 MHz without a CPU module, SMARTengine/IIcPCI-6U fits a single slot to create a solution well-suited for many high-speed telecommunications switch applications. The board supports the PICMG v2.1 hot-swap specification and offers a PCI mezzanine card (PMC) interface for I/O expansion using off-the-shelf I/O modules. The board also offers Ultra IDE port, SVGA, two USB ports, two serial I/O ports, a parallel port, timers, counters, time-of-day clock and system monitor. Board supports multiple operating systems such as DOS, Windows 95/98/NT, QNX, VxWorks and more.
