Board Offers Heavy Duty Isolated I/O

Oct. 1, 1999

With 18 heavy duty inputs and outputs for direct control of motors, solenoids, heaters, valves, lamps and other actuators, QED Digital I/O Board has eight isolated inputs that can monitor 50V contact closures and digital signals. Eight isolated outputs sink up to 3A and switch signals up to 50 vdc, and two relay outputs can control heavy duty ac or dc loads. Transient suppression circuits are provided for ac and dc loads. Boards are controlled via a direct cable interface to the C programmable QED Board controller, and the board has a direct interface to industrial control modules.
