For filtering common-mode EMI on high-speed data lines or dc power on boards, CM series of multi-layer 1922 or 3322 chip type components is said to be very effective, even past 2 GHz. The chokes can handle 7A with a DCR of less than 0.015 ohms and provide common-mode impedance up to 60 ohms at 100 MHz.
