Poised for deployment in aircraft, space, shipboard, and ground-based microwave systems, the SiO2; silicon dioxide coaxial cable assemblies sport design features that make them capable of withstanding harsh environments. The assemblies include hermetically sealed intermediate sections that are laser welded to the cable. This allows them to be used with the company's range of Miltech connectors including self-locking, Multiport, Minimultiport, Blind Mate, and Zero DB. All connectors include a crack-free, fired glass dielectric seal. Non-replaceable connectors are also available. For more details, contact TIMES MICROWAVE SYSTEMS, Wallingford, CT. (203) 949-8400.
