Express-MV, the company’s latest computer-on-module (COM), relies on Intel’s Core2 Duo processor and GS45 chipset with graphics media accelerator 4500MHD for power-sensitive graphics applications. The module supports up to 8 GB of DDR3 dual-channel memory at 800/1,067 MHz and Intel’s Dynamic Video Memory Technology 5.0. Complementing the integrated graphics, a PCI Express graphics x16 (PEG x16) bus for SDVO/HDMI/DisplayPort or general purpose x8, x4, or x1 devices is also on board and up to six more PCI Express x1 lanes are available from the Southbridge.
