Compact SBC Supports Pentium III And Celeron CPUs

Measuring just 5.7" x 8", the PCM-6890B single-board computer (SBC) provides all the functions of an embedded PC. Referred to as the Compact Board, it supports Celeron and Pentium III CPUs in PPGA-370 and FC-370 packages with a front side bus up to 100 MHz. Other features include a 10/100 BaseTx Ethernet interface, an ESS Solo-1 PCI 3D audio chip for Sound Blaster-compatible audio, a C&T 69000 LCD/CRT accelerator with 2 MB of SDRAM, and a DiskOnChip socket supporting up to 288 MB. Peripheral and I/O complements include four serial ports, one multi-mode parallel port, floppy-drive controller, an Ultra DMA/33 enhanced IDE controller, and a keyboard and PS/2 mouse interface. Low quantity price is about $550.
