CONDUCTIVE POLYMERS—This new brochure highlights Baytron, an inherently conductive polymer used as an antistatic and electrostatic coating for plastics, as an antistatic coating for glass, as a surface treatment for capacitor electrodes and circuit boards, and more. The polymers combine the conducting properties of a metal in a polymeric structure, resulting in the ability to meet both antistatic and electrostatic requirements. Coating formulations containing Baytron provide high stability and variable conductivity or resistivity. The materials are easy to process and can be applied by spraying, painting, and more.
