For critical, high-reliability designs, the MIC-3321 series single- and double-layer 3U CompactPCI CPU cards feature soldered-on CPUs and memory to reduce weight and increase resistance to shock and vibration. They combine Mobile Pentium M 760 2-GHz or Celeron processors with a 915GM chipset and a Hub ICH6 I/O controller. Also on board are one RS-232 port, two USB ports, two LAN ports, and a VGA interface. The series consists of three cards: the MCI-3321 with a 2-GHz Pentium M and 512 MB of DDR2 SDRAM, MIC-3321C with a 1-MHz Celeron and 512 MB of DDR2 SDRAM, and the MIC-3321L supporting an 800-MHz Celeron with 256 MB of SDRAM.
